Job Description
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be B.Tech, BCA, or B.Sc graduates from the 2022, 2023, or 2024 batch.
- A minimum of 60% is required in all academic records.
- Eligible disciplines:
- B.Tech: CSE, IT, AI, ECE, EEE, Civil, Mechanical
- B.Sc: Mathematics, Computer Science
- BCA
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical assistance requests in person or via phone.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Research and utilize available information resources to troubleshoot problems.
- Guide users on appropriate actions to resolve issues.
- Understand SLA, severity, and priority levels (knowledge of Incident and Service Request definitions is required).
- Follow standard help desk procedures and log interactions properly.
- Allocate temporary asset devices as needed.
- Administer and manage help desk software.
- Follow up with users to ensure complete issue resolution.
- Redirect unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Identify and escalate urgent situations.
- Track and document problems, requests, and resolutions.
- Prepare activity reports in Excel format.
