Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for websites, web applications, and digital products, considering both UI and UX principles.
• Conduct user research, analyze findings, and translate insights into design decisions that enhance user experiences.
• Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to illustrate design concepts and functionalities.
• Define the structure and organization of digital products to optimize user flow and navigation.
• Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces, incorporating branding elements and maintaining design consistency.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs.
• Create and refine customer journey maps to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communicate design concepts and project progress effectively with clients, addressing their feedback and requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve and innovate.
• Consistently meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualification and Skills

• 3-5 yrs of experience in UI/UX Designing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in UI, UX, and CX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments.
• Experience with agile or iterative design methodologies is a plus.
• Strong understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
• Problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
• Proficiency in handling design tokens and variables for scalable UI system
