Job Description
Responsibilities
- Planning, coordination and operations run smoothly.
- Oversee all on-site activities during events, ensuring seamless execution, from vendor management to guest services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, providing personalized solutions & services and ensuring their unique needs and expectations are met during events.
- Manage relationships with partners, venues, suppliers and other third-party partners to ensure the highest quality of service and compliance with event standards.
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and on-the-ground logistics for international events, ensuring smooth transitions between venues, countries and time zones for all clients as the need may be.
- Quickly address and resolve any last-minute issues or challenges, ensuring the event runs smoothly without disruption, and clients are always satisfied.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to event logistics, client preferences, vendor contracts, and financial reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in event planning and management, with a strong experience handling key clients.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, capable of liaising with high-profile clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
