Requirements

  • Will be responsible for digital marketing budgets, campaign strategies, tactics, action plans and timelines
  • Creating/Maintaining existing process and ensure smooth transitions
  • Enhance the performance by achieving CPC, CTR targets, through strategic re-marketing campaigns.
  • Achieving CPO/CPT targets for the business
  • Closely working with Marketing & Creative team to improve the performance on Media initiatives
  • Liaise with business intelligence and data sciences team to improve the affectivity of Paid Media Campaigns.
  • Weekly and monthly report tracking/monitoring.
  • Collaborate with product managers & business counterparts to get the CPO/CPT targets achieved month on month.
  • Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to) Creating solid data-driven on-going month-on-month media plans to achieve monthly business targets.
  • Taking ownership on existing/new projects and start from zero to one (e.g., conversion improvements, new user acquisition etc.); from research and validation to transitioning to functional ownership and scale-up
  • Developing creative approaches for the media campaigns by co-ordinating with Creative and Brand teams.
  • Use data to understand various components and drivers of business growth, both organic and inorganic, and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure that the reporting cadence with various platforms for media campaigns is followed – Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Engineering, finance, product, business teams, etc. -Collaborate with external stakeholders: Platforms, Vendors, etc.
  • Work with the design & creative team to ensure that the campaigns are executed timely and achieve the brand KPIs
