Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) for various applications.
• Build pipelines for training, evaluation, and serving AI models using Python and related frameworks.
• Design scalable and efficient solutions for integrating LLMs into production systems.
• Perform performance benchmarking, model optimization, and troubleshooting to improve AI applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Research and experiment with the latest advancements in LLMs, NLP, and machine learning.
• Ensure models comply with ethical AI standards and are robust against biases.
• Document processes, methodologies, and technical solutions clearly and concisely.

Qualification and Skills

• 3+ years of experience designing AI-driven applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python, AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), and hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Cohere, or custom transformers).
• Expertise in NLP techniques, including model fine-tuning/transfer learning.
• Proven experience in deploying AI solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Familiarity with advanced AI concepts like vector databases and distributed training for scaling LLMs.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills, complemented by certifications in AI/ML or cloud computing.
