• Manage full-cycle hiring activities, including job postings, resume screening, candidate assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain skilled professionals in the IT sector.
• Oversee core HR functions, including payroll processing, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing training programs, engagement activities, and career development initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, labour laws, and industry best practices.
• Utilize HR software and analytical tools to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on IT recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Proven expertise in managing recruitment pipelines for technical roles and executing hiring strategies effectively.
• Solid understanding of payroll management, compliance regulations, and performance evaluation processes.
• Proficiency in HRMS, ATS platforms, and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters tactfully.
