Job Description

Responsibilities

• Audit data in Excel to identify and reconcile discrepancies in commercial real estate data, validate data loaded to JLL proprietary applications to ensure application configurations, performance and accuracy
• Learn commercial real estate market norms and concepts and utilize that knowledge to ensure data quality
• Author, maintain and adhere to standard operating procedures which describe data migration processes in detail
• Develop strong professional relationships with APAC/EMEA onshore teams and build expertise in the use of our technology tools
• Work with onshore colleagues to prioritize tasks and investigate issues with data quality and application outputs
• Identify areas to improve processes and make recommendations for efficiency gains
