Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the IT recruitment process, focusing on sourcing and hiring top technical talent for various roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address employee concerns and handle grievance management in a fair and timely manner.
  • Implement and monitor employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
  • Oversee all HR administrative tasks including maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first impression of the company culture.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management regarding employee turnover, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on conducting appraisals and creating development plans for employees.
  • Identify training needs within the organization and create development programs to support employee growth.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and bonuses.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and labor laws as it relates to payroll and compensation.
  • Partner with senior management to align HR practices with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Implement HR initiatives to drive employee performance, engagement, and organizational success.
  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Prepare and deliver HR reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to management.

Qualification and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on IT recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions including payroll, performance management, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and executing recruitment strategies for IT/technical roles.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
  • Experience in leading a team and managing HR operations.
  • Knowledge of current HR trends, best practices, and employment laws.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proactive approach to managing employee relations and HR operations.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
